SATYAMVIDYA INTEGRAL YOGA
- a foundation for truth

Satyamvidya Integral Yoga is a balanced, gentle, therapeutic and spiritual form of Yoga. It is based on The Five Layers of Consciousness namely body, breath, mind/emotions, soul, spirit.

The consciousness of body, breath, mind and emotions is allowed to awaken and respond to the Yoga practice as a form of self healing, by promoting a personal rhythm and expression, to achieve the optimum potential and well-being.

The soul and spiritual consciousness are gradually explored and developed in peaceful accordance with the individual nature and capacity for accepting his/her own highest Truth, in acknowledgement of the Absolute.

The aim is to provide the tools and skills for healing, Self-realisation and development of consciousness in order to integrate that with daily living and to learn to share it with others.

The Satyamvidya Integral Yoga is recognized and networking with the Vivekananda Integral Yoga Research Foundation in India.
The School is fully accredited by the British Complementary Medicine Association and insured through Balen & Co.

Satyamvidya vocational training courses are registered with the DfES so that students will be able to apply for Career Development Loans to finance their studies.

“There is always a new to-morrow
filled with hope and opportunity.

That to-morrow is but the expression of to-day
as you rise to fulfil your dreams.
As you grasp the opportunities, which are presented
to you, you shall be the creator of to-morrow.
The Age is here where the old must be
integrated with the new as you embrace your
future with courage, response-ability and purpose.

Do not fear that you shall be inadequate.
Your dreams are not your dreams; they are your
purpose for which you are fully prepared and able
to carry into reality. You have all the attributes
required to be that part, which it is yours to play.

It is the coming together of individuals, of each
who has connected to their Highest Truth, that the
morning shall dawn with the promise manifest.

Do not hesitate, but bide your time.
Never doubt, yet find your way.
And as you stand at the threshold of the now,
accept it with joy and a knowing that it is
your moment of purpose.”
